Junior Architect

About the role

PODIUM Architects is looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join its Amman office. The role offers the chance to work on diverse projects, develop design concepts and gain hands‑on experience under senior architects.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior architects in creating architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare drawings, sketches, diagrams, schedules and project documentation.
• Produce high‑quality 3D models, renderings and presentation materials.
• Translate design ideas into detailed construction drawings.
• Research emerging design trends, materials and techniques.
• Incorporate design comments and revisions efficiently.
• Coordinate tasks with designers, engineers and other disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project development.
• Strong design sensibility and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
