Junior SEO Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

El Massri Group is seeking two ambitious Junior SEO Specialists who are fluent in Arabic to support its digital presence in Jordan and the GCC. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn SEO fundamentals, work on real‑world projects, and grow within a collaborative marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research in Arabic and English, focusing on Jordanian and GCC search behavior.
• Optimize website pages for Google, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Assist in creating and refining Arabic SEO content.
• Analyze competitors to uncover keyword and content opportunities.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Support technical SEO audits and identify on‑site issues.
• Track keyword rankings and organic traffic trends.
• Research backlink and off‑page SEO possibilities.
• Prepare simple weekly or monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (required) and good written and spoken English.
• 0–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of Google Search, keyword intent, and on‑page SEO.
• Strong research, analytical, and data‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and managing multiple tasks.
• Eager to learn, experiment, and develop a professional SEO skill set.
