Key Account Manager – Syria & Lebanon (based in Jordan)

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead its fragrance consumer products business for Syria and Lebanon from its regional hub in Amman, Jordan. The role will support existing customers and expand market share across personal care, fabric care, air care, home care and oral care categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for strategic customers in Syria and Lebanon.
• Grow and defend existing Givaudan business in designated fragrance consumer product segments.
• Prepare and monitor account plans, sales forecasts and budgets.
• Track performance against targets (sales, gross profit, win rate) and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and create mutual value propositions.
• Manage project pipelines, ensuring efficient use of Givaudan resources.
• Monitor fragrance trends, competitor activity and product development.
• Lead customer briefs and innovation projects from concept to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or sales within consumer goods or fragrance sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet sales and profit targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across functions.
• Passion for fragrance and staying ahead of market trends.
