Laundry Manager

About the role

The Laundry Manager leads the laundry department at Signia by Hilton in Amman, ensuring a high‑quality guest and member experience through efficient operations, stock control and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry department operations and maintain service standards.
• Manage, train and develop the laundry team.
• Control monthly stock levels, conduct stock takes and minimise losses.
• Handle weekly stock ordering to maintain par levels and raise purchase orders.
• Liaise with suppliers to secure quality products at acceptable costs.
• Address customer service issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and capital equipment requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by hotel management.

Required profile

• Proficient with IT tools.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Accountable, resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
