Learning and Development Coordinator

About the role
The Learning and Development Coordinator will support Kerten Hospitality’s Cloud 7 Residence Aqaba in delivering effective training and development programs for staff. This role ensures smooth planning, execution, and tracking of learning initiatives across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external training providers.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new team members.
- Monitor training completion rates and follow up with participants as needed.
