About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Jordan. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, presenting tailored life‑insurance solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients through cold calls, networking events, and field meetings.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate life‑insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in life‑insurance sales.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build client relationships.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car for field activities.
