Sales Development Representative

About the role

Cartley is expanding its US sales team from Jordan and seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities for US‑based retailers and e‑commerce decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage US retailers, wholesalers and e‑commerce decision‑makers through calls, email and SMS.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and schedule product demos for the closing team.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and keep all activity accurately updated in HubSpot.
• Use multi‑channel sales tools such as SalesMsg and VoIP platforms to achieve daily and monthly activity targets.

Required profile

• Flawless American accent with native or near‑native English proficiency.
• Based in Amman or Zarqa and able to work on‑site, comfortable with EST/CST time zones.
• 1–3+ years of SDR, SaaS or B2B sales experience, preferably selling into the US market.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and CRM‑based sales processes.
