Marketing Account Manager - Fire Detection

About the role

The Marketing Account Manager – Fire Detection will drive market demand, brand preference and strategic growth for fire detection systems across Jordan. This role bridges technical marketing and business development by securing product specifications, managing high‑value client accounts and building a robust project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants, tier‑1 contractors and major clients to position Mawared as a thought leader in fire safety.
• Promote and secure the specification of the full fire detection portfolio into consultant vendor lists, project specifications and Jordanian regulatory frameworks such as Civil Defense approvals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date overview of the Jordanian construction pipeline, including Jobs‑on‑Hand, upcoming tenders and mega‑projects.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to develop targeted account‑based marketing strategies that increase win probability on active tenders.
• Analyze lost opportunities and market shifts to design counter‑strategies, promotional campaigns or technical seminars aimed at reclaiming market share.
• Utilize CRM and activity‑management systems to track market engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness and resolve regional challenges.
• Provide accurate reporting on local market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives, technical workshops and product launch events to support departmental sales and business growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with consultants, contractors and major clients in Jordan.
• Experience aligning localized marketing strategies with sales execution.
• Strong market‑intelligence skills with the capacity to monitor construction pipelines and tender opportunities.
• Analytical mindset for designing recovery campaigns and counter‑strategies.
