Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Account Manager to join our Marketing team in Amman. The role will manage, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media and remarketing channels, ensuring effective launch, continuous monitoring and data‑driven optimisation to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Execute and optimise remarketing campaigns, including Email and WhatsApp communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to generate actionable insights.
• Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, goal‑oriented content.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or campaign management.
• Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and remarketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Good budget management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
