Senior Communications Manager – Lead Teams & Client Strategy

About the role

LEODEN MENA is looking for a Senior Communications Manager to drive strategic communications, nurture client relationships, and lead a high‑performing team. The role blends strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership to grow client portfolios and deliver integrated communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of communications professionals, ensuring high performance and a collaborative culture.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for key clients, building long‑term relationships and delivering integrated communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end development of communication plans, ensuring clarity, impact and alignment with KPIs.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Lead pitch processes from brief analysis to final presentation, coordinating cross‑functional teams to win new business.
• Apply global agency standards and best practices to maintain consistency and excellence across multinational projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in communications, PR or account leadership within an agency environment.
• Proven experience in a multinational agency with regional or global client exposure.
• Track record of leading teams, managing senior client relationships and delivering integrated communication strategies.
• Strong background in new business development and successful pitch leadership.
