Marketing and Sales Specialist – Lead Generation

About the role

The Marketing and Sales Specialist will be based in Amman, Jordan and will drive high‑quality lead generation for Acuative’s telecom solutions across the United States and the Middle East. Working closely with regional sales teams, you will use data‑driven prospecting tools and AI‑powered content creation to build pipelines and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target decision‑makers in retail, finance and public‑sector organisations using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Cleanse, match and validate lead data to maintain an accurate prospect database.
• Design, personalize and launch email campaigns that showcase Acuative’s SD‑WAN, 5G and unified communications offerings.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to generate marketing documents, sales collateral and social‑media posts tailored to US and Middle‑East audiences.
• Build, segment and prioritize sales‑lead lists for regional teams.
• Schedule and publish engaging LinkedIn content aligned with campaign goals.
• Develop a 12‑month marketing plan using AI‑assisted research, budgeting and performance metrics.
• Enter and track leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
