Marketing CRM & Events Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Marketing CRM & Events Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. The role focuses on CRM data management, reporting, and supporting marketing events while providing operational assistance as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular CRM, customer data, and marketing performance reports; organize and update customer databases.
• Support customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and communication activities; analyze trends and share insights.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and coordinating marketing events and activations; provide on‑ground operational support and capture basic event content.
• Provide backup support during leave, peak workloads, and major campaigns; ensure business continuity and effective teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing coordination, reporting, events, or customer experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with data and reports.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Flexibility to attend evening or weekend events and basic knowledge of social media content creation.
