Marketing Event Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Event Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman, Jordan. You will plan, organize and execute marketing events targeting dental professionals, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute product launches, workshops, conferences and promotional activities for dental professionals.
• Coordinate event logistics, manage vendor and venue relationships, and prepare event materials.
• Promote events through various channels, handle registrations and provide on‑site support.
• Collect post‑event feedback, report on performance and help refine future marketing activities.

Required profile

• Strong event planning and management skills with the ability to handle logistics, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant experience coordinating events, preferably in the healthcare, dental or medical sectors.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
