Social Media Officer

About the role

The Social Media Officer will lead KEO's presence on LinkedIn and other platforms, creating and curating content that showcases projects, expertise, and people. The role supports senior executives in building their professional brand and engages audiences to boost visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media posts, carousels, short‑form videos and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop ready‑to‑post content for Managing Directors, coaching them on consistent posting and engagement.
• Own the content calendar, schedule publishing, monitor engagement and respond to comments.
• Support business development by targeting social activity around bids and collaborate on paid campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
• Proven success growing corporate and senior‑executive social presence, preferably in B2B or AEC sectors.
• Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with teams across the Gulf region and Europe.
