Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Tafakkur’s marketing strategy from Amman. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for driving awareness of the organization’s programs, trainings and initiatives across both digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage multi‑channel campaigns tailored to different audiences, goals and timelines.
• Own the complete customer journey, from the first advertisement through enrollment.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications, designs and collateral.
• Create and quality‑check critical content, and brief internal and external teams on marketing assets (digital and print).
• Update and optimise the website, digital tools and lead databases.
• Organise and execute events, exhibitions and other promotional activities.
• Lead the internal marketing team and coordinate external vendors.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports and contribute to quarterly and annual planning.
• Collaborate with program, training and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with organisational objectives.
• Analyse audience insights and translate them into effective messaging and growth strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience with a proven record of managing campaigns and teams.
• Strong leadership abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and see projects through.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
