Marketing Officer

About the role

We are a leading food manufacturing and distribution company looking for a proactive Marketing Officer to drive our brand presence across the Kingdom. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing and promotional strategies that support sales objectives and enhance product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans aligned with company goals.
• Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and oversee publication.
• Design, launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on social platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional offers and in‑store activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful campaign rollout.
• Conduct field visits to monitor product displays and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
• Work with designers and suppliers to produce marketing collateral.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, and new product launches across various regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing and promotion experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the field.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from 400 to 500 Jordanian Dinars, based on experience.
• Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
