Marketing Operations Manager - Arabic Markets

About the role

DB Investing, a financial services company offering forex and online trading solutions, is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to run the systems, data and processes behind its marketing across Arabic-speaking markets. The role ensures every campaign is tracked, leads reach the right team quickly and reported numbers are accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing tech stack: CRM, marketing automation, tracking and reporting.
• Set up and maintain campaign tracking and attribution (UTMs, GA4, Tag Manager, ad-platform pixels and conversion APIs).
• Build lead routing, nurture flows and lifecycle journeys from lead to funded client.
• Run dashboards and weekly reports on funnel performance, CPL, FTD and ROI.
• Keep marketing data clean and maintain consent and compliance rules.
• Work with performance marketing, business development, IBs/affiliates, sales and compliance.

Required profile

• Marketing operations experience in the forex / CFD brokerage or online trading industry (a must).
• 4+ years in marketing operations, CRM or marketing analytics.
• Native or fluent Arabic and fluent English.

Required skills

• Hands-on administration of a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Strong tracking and attribution skills.
• A reporting tool such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
