Senior Growth Account Manager, Performance & AI

About the role

Rocket Marketing, a boutique agency helping coaches and education businesses grow across MENA and the GCC, is hiring a hands-on Growth Account Manager. The role is fully remote from Jordan, with monthly compensation of $2,000-$3,000 USD. The top end of the range suits candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong direct response agency background and practical AI skills; experience with GCC clients and coaching or education businesses is especially valued.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a small portfolio of coaching and education clients: understand their business, lead calls, explain results and agree on next steps.
• Improve campaign performance by reviewing ads, landing pages and follow-up and putting improvements into action.
• Develop and test ideas with the media buyer: campaign strategy, new ad angles, creative tests and performance improvements.
• Create with AI and marketing tools: research audiences, write copy, create visuals, build pages and improve workflows.
• Keep projects moving by working closely with the team and delivering work well and on time.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with paid advertising, marketing copy and sales funnels, beyond client communication.
• Experience in a digital or performance marketing agency is especially valuable.
• Practical AI skills and experience with GCC audiences and the coaching industry.
• Idiomatic Arabic and fluent English.
