Marketing Specialist

About the role

BE-Konn is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Amman on a full‑time hybrid basis. You will help promote the company’s AI‑driven platform and digital mentor solutions, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns that showcase BE‑Konn’s AI platform.
• Conduct market research, segment target audiences and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to generate and nurture leads.
• Track campaign performance, prepare analytical reports and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain consistent messaging through regular communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in market research, data collection and analysis.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and manage projects in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in AI, wellbeing and human performance.
