Media Buyer – Paid Advertising Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our Amman office. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of paid media campaigns, working closely with creative and content teams to drive performance for international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimise and scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads and other relevant channels.
• Analyse performance data and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
• Develop testing strategies for audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑performing ad concepts.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and daily performance to maximise results.
• Prepare clear reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist.
• Strong background in performance marketing and campaign scaling.
• Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with e‑commerce, apps, SaaS or lead‑generation campaigns is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
