Medical Sales Executive – Baby Products

About the role

The client is looking for a motivated Medical Sales Executive to expand sales of its baby product brands across Jordan. The role involves developing new accounts, managing existing relationships and ensuring smooth order processing and payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with baby shops, pharmacies, online retailers and major supermarkets.
• Present the company’s baby products, negotiate commercial terms and support agreement signing.
• Manage assigned accounts through regular visits, communication and follow‑up to drive sales growth.
• Coordinate customer orders with internal teams, monitor product availability and communicate any supply issues.
• Handle product‑clearance matters with the Jordan Food and Drug Administration and clearance companies.
• Follow up on customer payments, collect and deposit amounts according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, orders, agreements, payments and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales updates and report market feedback, developments and competitor activity to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
• Previous sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, baby products, FMCG or retail.
• Experience dealing with pharmacies, supermarkets, baby shops or online retailers is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic; working knowledge of English preferred.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits (preferred).

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with sales or customer‑record systems.
