Sales Manager

About the role

AutoExcellence seeks an experienced, results‑driven Sales Manager to lead its automotive parts sales team and drive sustainable business growth. The role combines hands‑on leadership, market development and profit protection.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Set clear sales objectives, monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market opportunities and customer needs.
• Maintain strong customer coverage, nurture key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Management to align sales plans with stock, pricing and profitability.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and action plans to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in automotive parts or aftermarket.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into business actions.
• Native/fluent Arabic and professional English.
