Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator to manage, support, and continuously improve our D365 F&O environment. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the ERP platform aligns with financial and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Respond to help‑desk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
• Gather business requirements, configure workflows, and develop system enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Manage change processes, including testing, deployment, security updates, and data migrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and BI solutions; automate reporting using Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other applications, leveraging Azure services and Power Platform.
• Create and keep comprehensive technical and business documentation; provide training to end users.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations administrator or technical administrator.
• Strong understanding of finance and business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing system upgrades and releases.
