Microsoft E5 Expert – Security & Modern Workplace Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Security & Modern Workplace Architect to assess, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 E5 security, identity, compliance, and modern workplace solutions. The role focuses on executing approved configuration and administration requests across Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, Intune, and Purview.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing Microsoft 365 E5 configurations across identity, security, endpoint management, and compliance.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user/group management, MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender security policies.
• Implement Intune policies for device management, endpoint security, and compliance.
• Administer Microsoft Purview for data governance, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, and Insider Risk Management.
• Translate approved business and technical requirements into Microsoft 365 E5 configurations and validate outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, security engineering, or identity management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with ability to coordinate with IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
