Senior CRM Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CRM Functional Consultant with 3–8 years of experience to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring successful CRM implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Participate in solution design, configuration, and implementation of D365 CE modules such as Sales and Customer Service.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, preparing functional documentation and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Support junior consultants, contribute to pre‑sales activities, and deliver demos for clients.
• Investigate functional issues, coordinate resolutions, and support UAT, user training, and system adoption.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in CRM/Business Applications, with at least 3 years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proven experience in full‑lifecycle CRM implementations and strong understanding of business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
