About the role

Emkanat for Medical Supplies is looking for motivated Sales Staff to promote and sell its range of medical products to healthcare providers across Jordan. This full‑time, on‑site position involves direct client interaction, product presentation, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within clinics, hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
• Maintain and expand an existing portfolio of clients through regular visits and follow‑ups.
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms and close sales in line with company guidelines.
• Provide product information and basic training to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Document activities, generate sales reports and participate in team meetings and product training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales.
• Interest or experience in sales management and basic product training.
• Familiarity with the medical supplies or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Organised, able to plan visits and manage multiple accounts.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in spreadsheet applications.
