Multidisciplinary Engineer – Remote (Jordan Based)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated multidisciplinary engineer to lead an applied research project at the intersection of solar PV energy, artificial intelligence, and power grid integration. The position is fully remote and contract‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑based forecasting models for solar PV generation.
• Analyze the impact of forecast accuracy on grid integration and compliance.
• Build simulations and process real‑world energy data.
• Prepare technical reports and research documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Renewable Energy, Computer, or related engineering field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent technical documentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Machine learning and time‑series data analysis.
• Python (Google Colab) or MATLAB for data analysis.
• Simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
• Familiarity with PV systems and grid codes (strong plus).
• Embedded systems and IoT experience (preferred).
