Operations Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role
The resort is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and ensure the highest standards of service for guests at a prestigious 5‑star property in Jordan.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Maintain and continuously improve operational procedures to meet luxury‑level quality and safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement corrective actions to exceed expectations.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international hospitality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum six years of progressive experience in operations management within 5‑star hotels or international resorts.
- Proven leadership ability with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining high operational standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
