About the role
Zaya Jewelry is looking for a highly organized Operations & Workshop Associate to support its central supply chain, inventory governance, hardware maintenance, and facility logistics from the main office in Amman.
Key responsibilities
- Inventory tagging and system synchronization
- Warehouse storage and returns processing
- Logistics and stock transfers
- Hardware maintenance and asset governance
- Packaging and consumables supply chain management
Required profile
- Technical adaptability: quick to learn ERP software, thermal tag printers, precision scales, and digital auditing tools
- Detail‑oriented mindset for handling luxury inventory
- Operational discipline with strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Practical dexterity and reliability; no formal degree required
