Operator – Manufacturing Production Line

About the role
Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Operator to work on one or more manufacturing lines in Amman. You will operate under close supervision, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and GMP standards while meeting production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and implement company policies, SOPs, and safety, quality, health, and environmental standards.
- Operate assigned sections of the production line, record batch data, and submit daily production reports.
- Coordinate raw material withdrawals, returns, and finished API product submissions with the warehouse.
- Perform wet and dry cleaning activities, support sampling and inspection with the Quality team, and prepare line clearance and equipment validation for start‑up.
- Recommend and coordinate preventive maintenance activities with Engineering.
Required profile
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of related experience.
- Ability to follow SOPs, work safely, and document accurately.
Required skills
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of equipment.
- Knowledge of materials.
