Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Production Supervisor to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Al Qastal Industrial Area, Amman. The role involves overseeing preparation activities, ensuring GMP compliance, and meeting production targets while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise raw material dispensing, weighing, and preparation activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and approved Master Batch Records.
• Monitor preparation operations and critical process parameters.
• Oversee equipment cleaning, line clearance, and manufacturing documentation.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production operators.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
• Investigate deviations, report them, and support CAPA implementation.
• Maintain adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Very good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
