Supply & Demand Planning Section Head

About the role

The candidate should have strong and proven experience in Supply & Demand Planning within the industrial/manufacturing sector, with solid exposure to production planning, material requirements, inventory planning, and coordination between Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage production plans based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders.
• Analyze demand, capacity, stock levels, and material requirements to identify potential shortages in advance.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Warehouses, and other concerned departments.
• Maintain good knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory or section‑head responsibility.
• Experience in the food or FMCG manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
