Oracle E-Business Suite HCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite HCM Consultant to join Bayanat.com’s digital transformation team. This full‑time remote position involves implementing, configuring and supporting the HCM modules of Oracle EBS for our financial‑sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse HR and payroll requirements from business stakeholders.
• Design functional solutions and prepare detailed specifications for Oracle EBS HCM.
• Configure, test and deploy HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, benefits and self‑service.
• Coordinate data conversion activities, mapping, validation and migration support.
• Work with technical teams to integrate HCM with Procure‑to‑Pay, Order Management and other enterprise applications.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution and system optimisation.
• Deliver user training, documentation and functional support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR or related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite HCM modules.
• Strong consulting skills with experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in data conversion, system integration and cross‑functional processes such as Procure‑to‑Pay and Order Management.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
