Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our HR technology team. You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, helping clients streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementations, including data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, technical, and stakeholder teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end‑users and HR teams.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, new features, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and consulting.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
