Outbound Marketing Coordinator

About the role
HT Global Circuits is seeking an Outbound Marketing Coordinator to join its customer‑focused team in Jordan. The role will design, execute and optimise outbound campaigns that generate leads and raise brand awareness for the company’s PCB manufacturing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and send marketing emails and sales outreach content.
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain campaign calendars and organise related events.
- Identify, contact and qualify new leads to feed the sales pipeline.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Ability to plan events and manage projects efficiently.
- Detail‑oriented with solid organisational abilities.
- Experience in B2B or industrial/technology sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.
