Outdoor Media Sales Representative – Digital Signage Advertising

About the role

We are launching a new digital advertising network in Amman and need dynamic sales professionals to sell advertising space on our digital signage screens. The role is fully field‑based, requiring daily visits to local businesses to present our solutions and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Visit businesses across assigned areas in Amman to introduce digital signage advertising.
• Identify prospective advertisers such as retail stores, restaurants, cafés, clinics and other SMEs.
• Explain the benefits of digital signage for brand visibility and local audience reach.
• Recommend advertising options that match each client’s objectives and budget.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking and direct visits.
• Prepare and present commercial offers, handle objections, negotiate and close sales.
• Maintain relationships with customers, identify renewal and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate internally to ensure accurate campaign booking and smooth onboarding.
• Record visits, opportunities and sales activity accurately.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Willingness to work daily in an outdoor, field‑based environment.
• Previous experience in outdoor, field, media, advertising or B2B sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Confidence approaching business owners and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently.
• Professional appearance and results‑driven attitude.
• Good knowledge of Amman’s business districts.
• Owns a car and holds a valid driving licence.
