Performance Marketing Specialist – Paid Media

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join a fast‑paced agency environment. You will own paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, analyse results, and continuously optimise to drive measurable growth for a variety of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions and lead generation.
• Perform audience targeting, retargeting and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and implement data‑driven optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align campaign goals with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Proven track record managing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, KPI tracking and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with good English proficiency.
• Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
