Pharmaceutical Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Brand Manager to lead the strategic marketing of assigned pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for shaping brand positioning, driving growth, and ensuring sales targets are met across local markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic guidelines, positioning, segmentation and growth plans for assigned products.
• Create and execute annual marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor and business forecasting analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor brand performance, sales KPIs and market share; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to the 5‑year business plan.
• Support product launches and promotional initiatives in close collaboration with sales teams.
• Plan and manage promotional events, scientific meetings and conference participation.
• Develop and control the departmental budget, evaluate ROI of marketing activities.
• Define and track KPIs, lead regular progress meetings and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• At least 1 year of brand‑management experience in cardiovascular and/or diabetes therapeutic areas.

• Strong strategic marketing and brand‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting and business‑planning skills.
