Pre-sales Engineer, Solution Expert

About the role

The Pre‑sales Engineer – Solution Expert will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into tailored digital transformation solutions. You will be responsible for delivering high‑impact product demonstrations and crafting proposals that showcase the value of our software and services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather business and technical requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions and design end‑to‑end solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value‑driven proposals.
• Prepare detailed proposals including scope, design, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Support the sales team throughout the pre‑sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify automation, integration, and process‑optimization opportunities.
• Continuously update knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in presales, solution consulting or business analysis.
• Exposure to RPA, system integrations or automation solutions (highly preferred).
• Basic understanding of automation development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic diagramming tools.
• Proven experience in solution design, requirements gathering, and proposal presentation.
