Production Manager – Manufacturing (Cleaning Supplies)

About the role

The company, a leading manufacturer of cleaning supplies in Al-Qastal, Jordan, is looking for an energetic Production Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing safety, quality, delivery, and cost while fostering team development and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet plans and operational KPIs, optimizing manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Drive LEAN initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Environment, Quality, Safety standards and local regulations.
• Support the rollout of new products, technologies, and process validations.
• Monitor, report, and act on production KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning and operational review meetings.
• Contribute to cost‑reduction and productivity‑enhancement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years of people‑management.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
