Quality Assurance Automation Engineer – Mobile

About the role

Join our team as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer focused on mobile applications. You will be responsible for testing banking system changes, creating test cases, and ensuring comprehensive coverage through traceability matrices. The role combines manual testing expertise with automation of web and mobile test suites.

Key responsibilities

• Handle testing for banking system fixes and change requests.
• Prepare change requests and project test cases.
• Build and maintain traceability matrices between requirements and test cases.
• Execute manual tests (sanity, system, UAT) and identify negative test cases and failure points.
• Report testing progress and defects with severity classification.
• Review and manage business test cases and testing activities.
• Obtain and prepare test data required for test execution.
• Automate mobile and web test suites using industry‑standard tools.
• Apply agile methodologies throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Familiarity with banking core functionalities and satellite systems.
• Ability to work under direction of quality department supervisors.
• Strong analytical skills to identify test coverage gaps and failure points.
