Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Abdin Industrial Company seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of its ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The role ensures compliance with company procedures, international standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the ISO 9001 QMS.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, standards, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
• Participate in internal audits and support external audit and certification activities.
• Monitor quality processes, identify non‑conformities, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Analyze quality performance indicators and prepare periodic reports.
• Follow up on implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Practical experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
