Restaurant Host – Full-time, Amman

About the role

Pachi Group is seeking a friendly and professional Host to join its dining team in Amman. This full‑time, on‑site position involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of customers throughout the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Manage reservation system and coordinate table assignments.
• Maintain a positive dining atmosphere and address guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to optimize service flow.
• Assist with basic sales promotion of menu items and services.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive demeanor, problem‑solving attitude, and proactive work style.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a host or in a similar customer‑facing role is preferred.
