About the role
Pachi Group is seeking a friendly and professional Host to join its dining team in Amman. This full‑time, on‑site position involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of customers throughout the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Manage reservation system and coordinate table assignments.
- Maintain a positive dining atmosphere and address guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to optimize service flow.
- Assist with basic sales promotion of menu items and services.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Positive demeanor, problem‑solving attitude, and proactive work style.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a host or in a similar customer‑facing role is preferred.
Required skills
- Familiarity with food & beverage operational standards and protocols.
- Basic sales skills for promoting menu items.
