Retail Operations Coordinator – Quality & Compliance

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure our stores comply with Metro by T‑Mobile’s Store Operating Standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor store operations using a checklist to ensure compliance with company Store Operating Standards (SOS).
- Identify issues, policy violations, or areas needing improvement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management to enhance store performance.
- Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing store observations and findings.
- Report any incidents, security concerns, or irregularities promptly.
- Support stores in meeting Metro by T‑Mobile’s Store Operating Standards.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, administrative studies, or any related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
