Retail Operations Coordinator – Quality & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure our stores comply with Metro by T‑Mobile’s Store Operating Standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store operations using a checklist to ensure compliance with company Store Operating Standards (SOS).
• Identify issues, policy violations, or areas needing improvement.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management to enhance store performance.
• Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing store observations and findings.
• Report any incidents, security concerns, or irregularities promptly.
• Support stores in meeting Metro by T‑Mobile’s Store Operating Standards.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, administrative studies, or any related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
