Sales Development Representative – CRM & Conversational AI

About the role

division50 is seeking a full‑time Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings for a client offering a unified customer communication and conversational AI platform. You will focus on businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, using both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia that use messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.
• Reach out to decision‑makers via cold calling, LinkedIn and email in English and Arabic.
• Explain the benefits of a unified inbox, contact management, messaging campaigns and AI‑assisted engagement.
• Qualify prospects based on communication channels, inquiry volume, team structure, tools and buying timeline.
• Book at least 20 qualified discovery meetings per month and ensure attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear discovery notes to the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, preferably with CRM, SaaS, marketing automation or customer engagement platforms.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Experience prospecting in the UAE or Saudi markets.
• Availability to work full‑time aligned with UAE and Saudi business hours.
