Sales Development Representative – Enterprise AI & Business Automation

About the role

division50 is seeking a part‑time Sales Development Representative to promote an enterprise AI platform for clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will engage business and technology decision‑makers, identify AI use cases, and schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research target accounts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, focusing on financial services and organisations with automation, analytics or reporting needs.
• Identify decision‑makers across IT, digital transformation, operations, finance and senior management.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn and email in English and Arabic.
• Explain how enterprise AI can solve manual processes, disconnected information and reporting challenges.
• Qualify opportunities based on use case, business impact, stakeholders, current systems and timeline.
• Book at least 10 qualified meetings per month and follow up to ensure attendance.
• Record research, discovery findings and next steps accurately in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience selling enterprise software, AI solutions, business automation, ERP, CRM or digital transformation services.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Experience engaging business and technical decision‑makers in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
• Working understanding of AI assistants, workflow automation, business data and software integrations.
• Strong cold‑calling, account research, objection‑handling and CRM skills.
• Availability aligned with UAE and Saudi business hours on a part‑time schedule.
