Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Solvarex, which offers consulting, managed growth services and a CRM platform to businesses across Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and the wider Arab region, is hiring a full-time, remote Sales Development Representative. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities and book meetings for the sales and consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects through outbound and inbound calls, email, social channels and CRM-driven campaigns
• Research target accounts, build contact lists and understand prospect needs
• Follow up consistently to move qualified opportunities forward
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach activity and contribute to pipeline reporting
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and consulting colleagues on online meetings and shared tools to improve messaging, lead quality and outreach performance

Required profile

• Experience in sales development, inside sales or outbound and inbound prospecting
• Strong lead generation and business development skills, including identifying, qualifying and nurturing B2B opportunities
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is highly beneficial
• Relevant B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology or business services serving the Gulf or wider Arab region
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for calls and video meetings

• Confident use of CRM systems to manage contacts, track activities and report results
• Strong organization, follow-through and resilience when handling rejection
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities
• Online collaboration skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
