Sales & Services Associate - Amman

About the role

Orange Jordan is hiring a Sales & Services Associate in Amman, open to fresh graduates. The role combines customer support with sales, helping customers understand and use Orange products and services while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers through phone, email and chat, and answer questions about products, services and billing accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for first-call resolution.
• Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant solutions, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Guide customers through product setup, troubleshooting and usage.
• Negotiate solutions that balance customer satisfaction with company policies and business objectives.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the designated systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Take part in training and stay informed on industry trends, competitors and new product launches.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Fresh candidate: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs, present solutions and close sales.
